Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel offers stunning views of Guadalajara, but the location makes it inconvenient for tourists needing frequent trips to the city. While the rooms are spacious, they show signs of wear and could use some updates. Service can be hit or miss, especially at the front desk, which detracts from the overall experience. The amenities are basic but satisfactory, and the breakfast buffet is a highlight at a reasonable price.
My experience at El Tapatio was quite mixed. The grounds and scenery are beautiful, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The dining options were surprisingly good, which was a nice standout. Unfortunately, the issues with air conditioning and other facilities really overshadowed the positives.
The Radisson El Tapatio offers a peaceful retreat with impressive views of Guadalajara from its hilltop location. The spacious rooms have a classic charm, but some areas need maintenance and updates. While the dining options are enjoyable, the pool cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's a lovely place for a quiet getaway, though some improvements could enhance the experience.
I had high hopes for this hotel due to its historic charm, but my experience was quite disappointing. The location offered breathtaking views, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the service and overall maintenance of the property left much to be desired. With issues like unclean facilities and poorly trained staff, I don't think I would return anytime soon.
